9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the County of San Francisco, California.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Yodneen with respect to your use of the Services.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of the new Terms will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
